CODY ORR
I grew up in Jourdanton, Texas, a small town of about 3,200 people in Atascosa County, just South of San Antonio.
Atascosa County was where I first found my love for the outdoors and wildlife. I began hunting with my father at the age of six and have not slowed down pursuing the sport since. Hunting became a way of life for me and I soon began learning about wildlife management. I focused on White-Tailed Deer management and began implementing what I had learned anywhere I could, including numerous ranches in South Texas. I gained valuable experience on numerous commercial hunting properties, deer breeding operations, and also assisting with research projects on the King Ranch. After graduating from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, I worked in the oil and gas industry and quickly gained extensive knowledge in oil and gas production and field operations. My time in the industry gave me experience ranging from Beaumont to Odessa and south into the Rio Grande Valley. I now enjoy my career helping clients buy and sell properties across the state. My past experience has allowed me to better help and understand clients needs when making assessments of farm and ranch properties in Texas. When I am not assisting my clients and friends you can find me still chasing White-Tailed Deer or throwing a line in the water somewhere with my family.
