Whether you are looking for a hunting ranch, a livestock ranch, or land for your family, Mike and Cody have the experience to help you every step of the way, before and after the sale.
When you buy a ranch, there is a lot to think about, such as size, improvements, and how you plan to use the land. Many Texas ranches run as commercial hunting operations, including exotic game ranches, which take a good amount of labor and capital. Others run only livestock and need very little time. On most Texas ranches, livestock and wildlife go hand in hand, so you get the benefits of both.

Ranch Broker
I was raised on my family’s ranch in Charlotte, Texas, a small town just south of San Antonio in Atascosa County.
I began working on my family’s farm at a very young age, gaining vast knowledge of both the agribusiness and wildlife industries. When I got into farm and ranch real estate, I quickly developed a reputation for having a “never give up” attitude and always placing my clients first. I pride myself on forming personal relationships with clients and call many of my clients great friends.
My background in farming and ranching makes me a well-versed professional you can count on to get the job done from start to finish. I stay up to date on the land market and issues affecting Texas landowners through memberships in the Texas Deer Association and the Texas Landowners Association.
When I am not helping my clients and friends, you can find me spending time with my wife and our three children at our home in Boerne or on our family’s ranch in South Texas.
Ranch Broker
I grew up in Jourdanton, Texas, a small town of about 3,200 people in Atascosa County, just south of San Antonio.
Atascosa County is where I first found my love for the outdoors and wildlife. I began hunting with my father at the age of six and have not slowed down since. Hunting became a way of life, and I soon began learning about wildlife management. I focused on White-Tailed Deer management and put what I learned to work on numerous ranches in South Texas, including commercial hunting properties and deer breeding operations, and I assisted with research projects on the King Ranch.
After graduating from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, I worked in the oil and gas industry and gained extensive knowledge of oil and gas production and field operations, from Beaumont to Odessa and south into the Rio Grande Valley. That experience helps me understand my clients’ needs when assessing farm and ranch properties in Texas.
When I am not helping my clients and friends, you can find me still chasing White-Tailed Deer or throwing a line in the water somewhere with my family.
