Hill Country properties bring elevation, views, and live oak cover, with creeks and hilltop homesites that make great weekend getaways or full-time homes within reach of San Antonio and Austin.
Gulf Coast properties offer coastal prairie, rich soils, and some of the best waterfowl hunting in the country, with bay and saltwater fishing close by.
West Texas offers big open country and larger acreage at a lower cost per acre, with mule deer, aoudad, and quail hunting and the kind of privacy that is hard to find closer to the cities.
East Texas brings pine and hardwood timber, rolling pasture, creeks, and lakes, with more rainfall than most of the state. It is good country for timberland, cattle, and wooded homesites.
North Texas offers rolling prairie, cross timbers, and lakes, with ranches and acreage within reach of the Dallas-Fort Worth area for homesites, cattle, and weekend getaways.
