The creek bottom habitat consists of Elm, Hackberry and, Bull Mesquite Trees while the brush habitat consists of Guajilla, Blackbrush, Granjeno, Texas Kidneywood and Palo Verde Trees. Palo Verde Trees and Guajilla are well known for their excellent protein content. The brush habitat on this ranch is extremely diverse which is ideal when trying to grow big deer. It would be extremely hard to find a ranch this size with this brush diversity in this part of South Texas

WILDLIFE:

This ranch is covered up in game! Wildlife common to this property and area are White-Tailed Deer, Rio Grande Turkey, and Feral Hogs. Varmints include Bobcats, coyotes, and the occasional badger. This ranch is approximately 95% high-fenced allowing you to add exotic wildlife or more white-tailed deer to the already existing deer herd with very little work or leave it like it is and hunt it low-fence.
